- (1) The relevant agency or officer shall provide the assistance requested by the commission.
(2) The Commission shall take departmental action against officials who knowingly do not provide the information, documents or evidence requested by the Commission, who knowingly do not follow the recommendations, orders or decisions of the Commission, who knowingly do not cooperate in the work of the Commission or who are absent without reason when summoned by the Commission. It should be sent in writing to the relevant agency.
